Thank you for shopping with Luna Luna. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order processing

All orders are processed from the United Kingdom.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK delivery

We currently offer UK delivery through Royal Mail / Evri.

Estimated UK delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard UK Delivery: [2–4 business days]
  • Express UK Delivery: [1–2 business days, if offered]

Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. However, unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it.

International delivery

We currently ship to the UK only and do not offer international delivery.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lunaluna.co.uk. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@lunaluna.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that we may need to wait until the courier confirms the parcel as lost before we can issue a replacement or refund.

Risk of loss

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you, or to a person nominated by you to receive them.

Returns and delivery costs

If you validly cancel your order under your UK consumer cancellation rights, we will refund the price paid for the returned item(s) and the standard delivery cost you paid for the original delivery, if any.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express or next-day delivery, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery option.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
